GasPe may collect the following information:

• LPG order and service request details
• Current location, when permission is granted
• Device and app-related information necessary for app functionality
• Payment-related transaction information and status

We do not store your complete payment card, UPI PIN, or other sensitive payment credentials.

2. Location Information

GasPe may collect or access your current location when you grant permission.

Your location may be used for:

• Delivery navigation
• Locating your delivery address
• Improving delivery and service coordination
• Connecting you with relevant independent delivery or service partners

You may deny or revoke location permission through your device settings. However, some delivery or navigation-related features may not work correctly without location access.

• Process LPG-related orders and requests
• Manage new connection requests
• Arrange delivery and service requests
• Connect customers with independent partners
• Track the status of orders and services

4. Payments

Payments made through GasPe may be processed using Cashfree Payments or other authorized payment service providers integrated into the application.

GasPe does not control the independent privacy practices of payment service providers. Payment-related information may also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of the relevant payment provider.

5. Independent Partners

GasPe may connect customers with independent delivery partners, mechanics, service providers, or other partners.

Necessary information, such as your name, contact number, address, and order/service details, may be shared with the relevant partner only to the extent necessary to fulfill your request.

Independent partners are responsible for their own actions and services, subject to applicable agreements and laws.

6. LPG Distributor Platform

GasPe is a technology platform designed to assist authorized LPG distributors in managing customer orders, delivery, service requests, and related operations.

GasPe does not claim to be the LPG manufacturer or owner of the LPG brand unless specifically stated otherwise.

LPG supply, pricing, safety requirements, eligibility, and related services remain subject to the policies and requirements of the relevant authorized distributor, LPG company, and applicable government authorities.

7. Data Sharing

We may share information with:

• Authorized LPG distributors using the GasPe platform
• Independent delivery and service partners
• Payment service providers
• Technology and cloud service providers
• Government authorities or law enforcement agencies when legally required

We do not sell your personal information as a business.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal and transaction information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:

• Providing our services
• Maintaining business and transaction records
• Resolving disputes
• Preventing fraud
• Complying with legal or regulatory obligations

10. Account Deletion

GasPe provides account deletion in the customer app (Profile → Delete account) and on this website at Delete Account.

Certain information may be retained where required for legal compliance, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

GasPe is not intended for children who are not legally eligible to use the services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be made available through the GasPe application or other appropriate channels.
