GasPe Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GasPe mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using GasPe, you agree to these Terms.

1. About GasPe

GasPe is operated by Harsh Devendra Yadav, Sole Proprietor of Dev Sales.

GasPe is a technology platform designed to help authorized LPG distributors manage customer orders, delivery operations, new connection requests, service requests, and related activities.

2. User Account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using GasPe.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account information accurate
• Protecting your account access
• Providing a valid delivery address and contact number
• Ensuring that requests made through your account are genuine

GasPe may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Orders and Requests

An order or request submitted through GasPe does not automatically guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

Orders and service requests may be subject to:

• Availability
• Distributor approval
• Service area availability
• Applicable pricing
• Customer eligibility
• Verification requirements
• Applicable laws and regulations

4. LPG Services

GasPe acts as a technology platform supporting LPG-related operations of authorized distributors.

GasPe does not independently guarantee the availability, quantity, delivery time, or approval of LPG products or services.

All LPG-related activities remain subject to applicable laws, safety rules, government requirements, and the policies of the relevant authorized LPG distributor or LPG company.

5. Delivery and Service Partners

Some deliveries or services may be performed by independent partners.

GasPe may facilitate communication and request fulfillment between customers and such partners. Partners are expected to perform services professionally and in accordance with applicable requirements.

If you have a complaint regarding a delivery or service, you may report it through the support options available in the GasPe app.

6. Payments

Where online payment is available, payment may be processed through Cashfree Payments or another authorized payment provider.

By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate payment information.

Payment success or failure may depend on banks, UPI networks, payment providers, or other third-party systems. GasPe is not responsible for delays or failures caused by systems outside its reasonable control.

7. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, the customer must pay the applicable amount at the time of delivery or service, according to the instructions provided.

8. Pricing and Charges

Applicable prices, service charges, or other charges will be displayed or communicated where applicable.

Prices or charges may change where permitted by applicable law or due to changes made by the relevant distributor or service provider.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on:

• The type of order or service
• Whether the order has already been processed
• Whether delivery or service has started
• Payment status
• Applicable distributor or service-provider policies

Where applicable, refunds may be processed through the original payment method, subject to the relevant payment provider and applicable policies.

10. User Responsibilities

You must not:

• Provide false information
• Impersonate another person
• Use GasPe for fraudulent purposes
• Misuse delivery or service requests
• Abuse, threaten, or harass partners or support personnel
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems

11. Location Permission

Certain features may request access to your current location for delivery navigation and service coordination.

Location access is subject to your device permissions. Some features may not function properly if the required permission is denied.

12. Availability of the App

We aim to keep GasPe available and functioning properly. However, the app may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GasPe and Dev Sales shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to GasPe where reasonably necessary, including in cases of fraud, misuse, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GasPe after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raigad, Maharashtra.
